About Erika
Through her international speaking career, her YouTube channels garnering more than 17 million views to date, and her podcast, Erika’s direct yet loving approach to inspiring her global audience to navigate the journey of soul growth has resulted in tens of thousands of people attributing their lives improving significantly directly to her teachings.
Erika’s passion is awakening souls to the magic of who they are, what they are here to do, and to live the life they were designed to live. Her awakening began when she personally experienced her own healing of an “incurable” disease, which ignited a passion for sharing with others the incredible possibilities of the human body to heal itself through physical, emotional and spiritual practices. Soon after that, she left the corporate world in early 2002 to launch her mission work which has expanded into multiple areas of expertise.
As a multi-dimensional ancient healer soul, Erika began her journey in this lifetime in the field of naturopathy, clinical nutrition and vibrational medicine focusing primarily on the physical body and discovered very quickly that her clients’ physical ailments mirrored her own healing experience, and almost always had an origin in emotional or spiritual discord.
From there, she quickly expanded into the field of conscious parenting as a way to empower parents to raise children in a manner that transforms the unconscious and ancestral patterns that have the potential to later manifest in emotional patterns and physical disease.
Recently, her work has been focused on supporting those on the ascension of The Divine Feminine & Masculine, soul growth & shadow work, and guiding lightworkers and Starseeds to stay in their light during this shift into the New Earth frequencies.
Erika’s latest contribution to the ascension of humanity is teaching others how to reverse the aging process without using drugs or surgery. She has pioneered Biofield RejuvenationTM as the next evolution of her mission supported by her multi-disciplinary expertise, embodying a balanced blend of clinical and scientific, along with an intimate understanding of universal laws, energy and consciousness practices.
Erika’s journey has also gifted her with over 17 years of experience using various quantum healing technologies, and has recently partnered with one to assist with its global expansion and application.

Erika is a naturopath trained in clinical nutrition, biofeedback, essential oils, homeopathy, vibrational medicine, applied kinesiology, flower essences, Aura Soma therapy, and energy psychology. She has a B.A. from Harvard and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
